My experience with Midtown Kia and Michael Aponte’s staff turned a bad situation into a NIGHTMARE. We put down a deposit and after waiting a week, our vehicle was damaged. We were then forced to buy an unaffordable car because we needed one to go to the hospital for our baby’s scheduled induction. WHILE STILL IN THE HOSPITAL they called us and said our loan was not approved and we needed to return the car. We have been fighting to get back our deposit and down payment for a car WE DON’T HAVE & that has put us in a financial hardship. STAY AWAY FROM MIDTOWN KIA - horrible dealer, you won’t get anything remotely close to MSRP & they have no dignity in business. More

Worst experience ever. We made an appointment a week in advance to have our car serviced for the check engine light. On the day of the appointment June 13th I was told it w We made an appointment a week in advance to have our car serviced for the check engine light. On the day of the appointment June 13th I was told it would be Wednesday before they could look at it, June 22nd my car still had not been looked at. I came to get the car to take it somewhere else and they could not find my keys after waiting an hour and before being told they couldn’t find the keys I was told they were washing it that’s what was taking so long. A third service attendant came in at this point and said “oh yeah they are trying to find the keys”. At this point after telling them that this was unacceptable, I needed to leave because I had other things I needed to do on my day off. As soon as I got almost home they called to say they found they keys. I had to make another trip into Tulsa the next day to get the car. This is the worse customer service I have experienced with this dealership so much so that after purchasing 2 cars here and having both our Kia’s serviced here I will not be back. More
