So chose to get battery replaced elsewhere Engine light came back on so I called you guys and was told that since I didnt buy your battery, I would have to pay another $195 diagnostic. Since leaving your shop and not buying your battery ended the first diagnostic. I never recived and findings on the code reading for my engine light.They said they checked my battery and started, yet I can't really believe that. I dont think nothing was done after noticing the battery. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed one would be calling me back. That was nearly a week ago now.I would please like a refund for this terrible service. More

I was never told the price of the service prior to it being done. I assumed it would be around the same as the KIA dealership back home. However it was a lot more!!!
