Terribly rude customer service I couldn't get any updates and he wouldn't listen to the actual problem I was having just trying to do a bunch of unnecessary work. The details on my invoice included an item that had just been repaired previously, when I asked about it I was told that perhaps it wasn't fixed properly. That was included in my quote. I was under the understanding that the amount on the invoice would be what I would pay. I asked if there was anything re the repairs they had done that they could show me or have someone explain to me and I was told, by the same man, well, no, not really.
