Timely and professional. Helped us get in and out in 30 min. A little pushy with the warranty. Helped us get in and out in 30 min. A little pushy with the warranty. More

We had to bring the car in a couple of times and they had a loaner for us both times which was so nice! We have 3 young children and need a vehicle at all times. a loaner for us both times which was so nice! We have 3 young children and need a vehicle at all times. More
Courteous, and got on it quickly. Enjoyed working with the maintenance scheduler, James, who said I'd be notified when the parts come in. Enjoyed working with the maintenance scheduler, James, who said I'd be notified when the parts come in. More

First, the dealership tried to deny repairs that had been made on my vehicle a month earlier, we're not made. I actually pointed out the repair on their own computer screen which I could see. Then they trie made on my vehicle a month earlier, we're not made. I actually pointed out the repair on their own computer screen which I could see. Then they tried to say that those repairs wouldn't be covered under dealer warranty and I would have to pay for them. Next, they said that the full repairs was denied by the extended warranty company, and they only made in partial repairs, as per extended warranty company, and I would be responsible for the remaining necessary repairs. This was untrue, and I confirmed that through the extended warranty company. When I called the dealership back and told them what I had found, they complied. So they basically bold face lied to me , and were caught in their lie. Then they told me that I had a check oil light on that needed to be repaired, which had never been on before, and was not on when we delivered the vehicle to them. We went ahead and let them fix that. Then I was also told that I needed both front axles replaced. Front axles that had already been replaced several months prior at another dealership. After getting the initial reason for delivery of the vehicle repaired under their danger warranty, as should have been without all of the back and forth in the beginning, we then took the vehicle back to the dealership that had repaired the axles months prior. That dealership contacted me and said they could find no issues with the axles. No leaking grease, no torn boots... both of which were specifically claimed issues by Kia Midtown. If I would have gone with all of the repairs Kia Midtown wanted me to pay for in the beginning, including the warranty repair that they said they weren't responsible for, my bill was well over $4,000. So it's hard for me to believe that there is not some degree of dishonesty at play here. They didn't want to take responsibility for their own problem in the beginning, they lied, and I believe they fabricated unnecessary repairs. By the way, my axles did not need to be and were not replaced by the other dealership. If anyone wanted to take advantage, they could have, but they confirmed that the axles were perfectly fine. I can only hope that the money I spent on the oil light that Midtown Kia said was on, was actually on. On top of all that, when I finally did pick my vehicle up from Midtown kia, the gentleman that helped me, was extremely rude. I simply asked him if the warrantied repair was still under warranty and he literally said, "I will not answer that question." I'll never return. More
