James was very informative and worked me in when I called. He came out to the waiting area to make sure I found the coffee and etc. after about an hour he came to let me know it was going to be about called. He came out to the waiting area to make sure I found the coffee and etc. after about an hour he came to let me know it was going to be about another 45 minutes. That's very considerate beings he made sure I was aware it may be about 2-2.5 hours for my service before I came in. I have a repair coming and he made sure he had all costs and information ready for me when he discussed and was able to answer all my questions.i have worked with James before and I always appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. The service is good, however it can take forever to talk to a human being if I call to ask any questions. Same goes with email - I have submitted multiple emails and have never received a response.
