Their customer service of Mike Calvert Toyota was so much better than any of the Toyota dealerships I visited in the Dallas area. They took the stress out of buying my car. Poor service I took my car to get serviced 2017 Avalon, which is still under warranty. I let them know my trunk was not working properly. I try to contact management and still not have heard from them 3 weeks later! More
