I initially went in for an annual inspection certificate and Mr. Bob mentioned the service light indicator came on and also needed a quick oil change, tire rotation and air filter changes. Oil change & tire rotation I drove up to the express service lanes on Friday at 9:30am, and there was only 1 car from of me in any of the three express service lanes (and also, I drove up to the express service lanes on Friday at 9:30am, and there was only 1 car from of me in any of the three express service lanes (and also, I recall, the 3 additional regular service lanes). I waited approx 8 minutes before a service guy came over to check me in, though half a dozen workers were going back and forth. That experience doesn't exactly meet my expectations of express service. Beyond the wait at the beginning, the interactions with the service team were good and friendly, and the car ran well afterwards. It took about 2 hours end to end. More
