Very high dealer add on costs initially but got removed. Total time to purchase took 4hrs on a week day which needs to be improved. Staff were friendly no issues. Total time to purchase took 4hrs on a week day which needs to be improved. Staff were friendly no issues. More

I visited Mike Calvert Toyota on May 26, 2025, after seeing a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE listed on their official website for $50,628. I came prepared with documentation, including the VIN seeing a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE listed on their official website for $50,628. I came prepared with documentation, including the VIN and a screenshot of the online listing. When I arrived at the dealership, I was given a written quote for $59,984.24 — nearly $10,000 more than the advertised price. I was told the lower price included a trade-in value, even though that condition was not clearly stated online. This kind of pricing bait-and-switch is deceptive and unethical. As a marketing professional, I find it deeply disappointing that a dealership would engage in misleading practices. It wastes the customer’s time and erodes trust. If there are conditions tied to the advertised price, they should be made clear and upfront, not revealed only after you walk into the store. I strongly urge potential buyers to be cautious and verify everything in writing before visiting this dealership. More
