We spent an entire weekend going to different dealerships looking for a new truck. We found what we wanted at another Ford dealership but the salesman we were dealing with didnt want to return phone calls ap looking for a new truck. We found what we wanted at another Ford dealership but the salesman we were dealing with didnt want to return phone calls apparently so we contacted John Clark and he had the truck we were looking for warmed up and ready to test drive when we got there. He was great to work with and we were able to get a great deal on a new F150. We had such a great experience my mom went the same day and also bought a new suv! Any questions Ive had he has been able to answer and if service is needed he will help to get me taken care if quickly. John is who you want to buy your next vehicle from! More

Service is grate, but when I bought a used 2010 F-150 it was dark an didn't notice that the rear tail light was busted and the bumper was dented. I went to fill up after I had purchased the truck and gave i was dark an didn't notice that the rear tail light was busted and the bumper was dented. I went to fill up after I had purchased the truck and gave it another look over in a well lit area and saw the damage. Needless to say I took the truck back told the dealer about it and the said they would fix the tail light because it was a safety hazard. When it came to the number they said there was nothing they could do. There was no car fax saying it had been in an accident so there was no proof if it came in that way or if one of the associates had done it and not reported it. End of story is they had aggressor to try and fix it but had succeeded in making it worse so now my deal is that they would pay for half of a 600 plus bumper. That's the grievance I have. Not fixing something that could have happened on their lot. More

It was about 7 months ago that we first met Jim. When we were just starting to think about buying a ford focus. It wasen't about till the last week of July that we decided to go ahead and purchase a new Foc were just starting to think about buying a ford focus. It wasen't about till the last week of July that we decided to go ahead and purchase a new Focus. There was no doubt in our minds who we were going to see, Jim of course. I first sent him an email and he responded very quickly. Over the next few days Jim and I conversed via email and when we arrived at dealership Saturday night Jim was there waiting for us. We spend about an hour going through the focuses he had on the lot. After many flip flops with my wife trying to choose 4 or 5 door what color and options, she finally choose her car. Jim immediatly took to the sales office to locate one. In a few minutes he said they found it and they would do a delaer trade and have it the next day. We signed the dotted line and the following afternoon he called and we drove off with our new focus. Jim was great and provided excellent advise and overall was just great to deal with. We were lucky to have him as our salesman. More
My husband and I arrived at Mike Castrucci on Sunday around 5:15 and they had just closed. Bobby was driving out and introduced himself and asked if we needed any help and also to introduce himself. He said he was leaving since they just closed but if we wanted to ask a few questions to go ahead. He showed us the Fusion Hybrid and my husband explained that I drive to downtown each day would a hybrid be a good car for me. Bobby said for the type of driving you would be better off with a 4 cyc. He then went a step further and said that Ford doesn't offer any rebates or discounts on the hybrids. Bobby gave us his card and my husband called on Monday to discuss the price he would offer me for my 2007 Mercury Milan. They came to a good price and Bobby found the color that I wanted. We came in on 7/24/2012 and purchased the car from Gary who was very nice and gave us a good tour of the inside of my car on Saturday, July 28th. Thanks Bobby and Gary for making my car purchase easy and no stress! I hope everyone has the same experience I do. More
