Very disappointed in my last service call. Went in to replace a battery under warranty. After 2 and a half hours they said they would need a diagnostic test. Another guy came back and said I have to charge the battery for 1 and a half hours before I replace the battery. I took it to Advance before I brought it to Hickory Toyota and they said it's your battery. What did you do for 2 and a half hours. If you knew you needed to charge the battery before you can replace one that is under warranty why would you not do this when you see the cold cranking amps were low. More
