Well not here, Rich took great care in listening to my needs and wants and catered to them the best he could while keeping me under my budget. All promises that were made to me were kept. And the whole process from the time I walked into the door to the time I drove off in my truck took 3 hours. For the amount of vehicles I looked at I'd say that's the fastest in and out I have ever had at any dealership. the knowledge that he has with the brand is vast. he was able to tell me what each packages highlights were, tow ratings, engine, transmissions details, and show me how all the various functions of the vehicles worked. I felt as if I was treated with respect and integrity while I spent my time and money at Longmont ford. Worst service department customer service! The service department of this dealer has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They do not appear to value or respect their customers. I had a service issue and instead of trying to resolve the issue amicably, the service manager got defensive and patronizing with me and basically told me they didn't value my business enough to come up with a mutually agreeable solution. We have bought multiple cars from them and never had a specific problem with the sales department, but we won't be going there for sales or service ever again. More

Terrible horrible service department so... last week I made an 'appointment' for 11:00 today at Longmont Ford to have my oil changed, I get here... they send me to their "Quick Lane' pers so... last week I made an 'appointment' for 11:00 today at Longmont Ford to have my oil changed, I get here... they send me to their "Quick Lane' person... she takes my info and tells me it will be 1 1/2 - 2 hours!! That's not FRICKIN' quick!! ... not sure why I had to make an appt to wait for 2 hrs for an oil change... I'll sit here this time and wait ... but this is ridiculous... never coming back to this dive... More
Do not use Ford I inherited this car from my father and it has been the biggest disappointment. My father hardly drove it the two years prior yet right after I took o I inherited this car from my father and it has been the biggest disappointment. My father hardly drove it the two years prior yet right after I took over the car, the warranty was over and the engine completely stopped working. I started getting Engine Fault errors and the car would shake and sort of stall while driving. Very scary! I took it into the dealership and the car was one week past warranty and they said it was wired incorrectly in the factory and would cost me close to $1,000 to repair. It is now approximately 3 months later and the EXACT same scenario is currently taking place. I have had the Engine Fault warning on my car all week and while I don't know the synopsis yet, it's currently at the dealer, I can guarantee it will be another major fix. Last time I called dealership supervisors and managers to try to get them to come down significantly in price since it was clearly a manufacturer error and they conveniently never were available or never called back. I called every day for a month. Needless to say I will be trading this car in and NEVER purchasing a Ford again. More
