Shanann was great, very helpful. I have no comments about the sales staff other than I had no problems with Shanann. Still, overall, the experience was just okay. My biggest complaint would be in the fina the sales staff other than I had no problems with Shanann. Still, overall, the experience was just okay. My biggest complaint would be in the finance department. The car Shanann sold me was listed as having the Sync feature. Well, didn't take long once I brought the car home to realize it did not have Sync. I didn't mind not having the feature, but I did mind that I had paid for it. I came back and sat down with Josh in finance, and he apologized for the mistake, and did a little research to figure out the money he could give me back. In a new car the feature costs $320, he offered me $300, I accepted, and he told me as soon as the check I had given them for the car was cashed (I bought it entirely up front) that he would mail me the $300 check. It's been at least 3, if not 4 weeks since that the check I wrote LF was cashed, and I have left 3 messages for Josh and not a single one has been returned and the check they owe me has still not arrived in my mailbox. I am not impressed. $300 may not be a lot to some people, but it's a significant amount to me and I'm not willing to let go of it because someone forgot to do their admin and is too lazy to return my calls. really, really unimpressed, and still waiting for my $300 and a call back from Josh in finance. This has been absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had, bar none. I was told to my face that the problem I had with my electric windows was caused by me incorrectly using the system. It wa have ever had, bar none. I was told to my face that the problem I had with my electric windows was caused by me incorrectly using the system. It was implied that I don't know how to roll my electric windows up, and it was suggested that the fact that I drive my truck off road in dirty environments is causing the problems I am having. I was told that the weatherproof connectors inside my door got dirty causing an intermittent problem. And I was told that there was no way that they were willing to properly diagnose the issue I'm having. They "fixed" the problem once, then the problem happened again, EXACTLY the way it happened the first time, and I was told that the two incidents are unrelated. They tried to tell me that the two position switch to lock my windows was a three position switch yesterday, and that it was "weird" that it's only two positions today, and that the system is "so complicated that they cannot give me root cause". I knew through the grapevine that Longmont Ford had a terrible reputation, and I sincerely wish that I had never set foot in their place of business. Worst service, ever. More
I visited Longmont Ford to trade in my vehicle. I was greeted by Steve Formby, who treated me with patience respect. Mr. Formby, along with Mr. Danner, the General Manager, went out of their way to make greeted by Steve Formby, who treated me with patience respect. Mr. Formby, along with Mr. Danner, the General Manager, went out of their way to make sure I had an excellent buying experience. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a purchase. Looked at a Toyota Matrix, and noticed a tire pressure warning light. Otherwise, the vehicle was in good condition. I drove the car, and all seemed well. I came back to pick up the vehicle to get it ch warning light. Otherwise, the vehicle was in good condition. I drove the car, and all seemed well. I came back to pick up the vehicle to get it checked out by my own mechanic as was told at the time by a salesman and a staff mechanic that the sensor just needed to 'warm up', and that everything was fine. The other mechanic didn't have any luck getting the warning light turned off, and admitted that the normal actions he did (resetting the system and checking tire levels) should have resolved it, but he was unsure after that point. When I brought it up, the dealership said they would have the sensor replaced (odd, I thought it just needed to 'warm up'). The next day I called in and was told that the tire pressure adjusted and that, of course, everything was fine. (the sensor was not replaced, and didn't need to be, apparently). The fact that no one had actually checked into the system before putting it onto the lot, and then telling me it was fine, and them saying they had 'fixed it' just rubs me the wrong way. If you are charging people $600 for a 'delivery and service fee', how about actually checking out the vehicle? Crap like this just rubs me the wrong way --after hearing what the a salesperson and mechanic had to say, there is just no way I'm willing to trust them. More
Steve was the only salesperson at any dealership who talked to me and my friend as equals. He was polite and not-pushy. Very straightforward to work with. Steve was a breath of fresh air when purchasing a 2012 Super Duty Lariat Diesel. I shopped the other brands, received the predictable run around. I was reffered by several family friends to see what the used lot had on it. From the very first time I stepped in the door, I felt nothing but comfortable and like an old friend. BJ made the trade-in and used lot had on it. From the very first time I stepped in the door, I felt nothing but comfortable and like an old friend. BJ made the trade-in and buying process smooth, effortless, and fun. He had to deal with my entire family's questions, questions, and more questions. He answered and with a smile each time, graciously. The whole staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I will most likely be using Longmont Ford from here on out because of their all around helpful and kind personnel. More

It took a few emails back and forth to get some information regarding the used truck I was looking at. Finally, Vico came through...I spoke with Greg Alore on the phone and was preapproved for fina information regarding the used truck I was looking at. Finally, Vico came through...I spoke with Greg Alore on the phone and was preapproved for financing before I visited the dealer. Took a quick test drive and Vico was very accommodating. Signed the papers and was on my way home less than 90 minutes after I arrived. I truly dislike the whole car buying process, but Vico, Greg, and others made this a very quick and pretty easy process. I currently lease a Ford Explorer through another dealership, but will definitely visit Longmont Ford when my lease is up and I am looking for a new vehicle. More
