I brought my truck to Mike Reichenbach Ford in Florence, SC, due to a slight vibration issue. Initially, the mechanic couldn’t identify the problem, but Shop Foreman Pete took the time to drive it and pinpo SC, due to a slight vibration issue. Initially, the mechanic couldn’t identify the problem, but Shop Foreman Pete took the time to drive it and pinpointed the vibration. After replacing the torque converter, both the mechanic and Pete conducted test drives to ensure the issue was resolved. As it neared closing time, my service advisor, Olivia, called to inform me my truck was ready. I let her know I was on my way, but traffic delayed me. Despite it being past 5:30 PM closing time, Olivia called again to assure me she’d wait. When I arrived 20 minutes late, she greeted me with a smile, had my truck running with the AC on, and efficiently handled the paperwork. Olivia’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to stay late made the experience exceptional, saving me a return trip on Saturday. I highly recommend Mike Reichenbach Ford’s service department for their outstanding customer care and expertise. More
