I drove 400 miles to purchase my truck from T&C and I will gladly do so again. No pressure, well informed, well prepared to help with getting the paperwork taken care of to help me get back on my return trip home. The truck was priced to my advantage and they even beat the rates from my credit union on interest, GAP and extended warranty. Sean and Laine were a pleasure to work with from sales through financing. Overall I am very pleased with my Town and Country Ford experience.

Great people to work with. Worked with Paul (service writer) previously, and he is the best by far. Customer service seems to be job #1. Communication is always very good, which is a challenge to many companies. Sales department is also very good, and Michael Griffiths was great to work with. I highly recommend Capitol Ford.

Have been shopping for a new bronco for wife and have visited multiple dealerships in the charleston area. Stopped by berkeley Ford and was greeted by a gentle who turned out to be the owner. GREAT GUY!!! Told him what I was looking for and he got me with a gentleman name Kareem. The guy was as nice as he could be. Didn't rush or try to sell me anything. Answered all my questions and never tried to "rush a sell". Was giving a price right to start with lower then the other huge ford dealership in town. All said and done $2600 cheaper. Sales manager was very great. I him where I want my loan through and didnt try to sell me on anyone else. Was in and out of finance in 15 minutes. Miss Ashley was all sum.Didnt try to sell my a bunch of stuff I didnt want. She showed me the maintenance packages and gave me a great deal on one. One of the easiest purchases I have ever made. GREAT DEALERSHIP!!!

Dealership in Chesapeake, Virginia I always dropped it off the night before. They will be my go to anything I need for my expedition! Yay.

Took my 21 F 150 Powerboost in for warranty service on transmission. Transmission was shifting harsh and missing shifts. They kept the truck nearly two weeks and claimed to have changed the valve body controller and transmission fluid. If anything, it drives worse now than it did before. I told the service advisor - Judy about the poor service. She apologized and told me the service manager would contact me. I never got a call back. I bought an extended warranty with the truck that requires I take it to them for service. I live in Florence and it is an hour trip up there and back so not very convenient. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty because if limits where you can get warranty work.

Relationships are important, even when they're between a dealership and a customer. The issue I have with service, anywhere, every time, is communication. For example, part of the service that was performed on my car was simple, yet my car was held hostage for over half a day for it. Let me explain. The technical part was done asap. When I agreed to have a battery replaced, I should have been told it would be a lengthy wait before that service would be completed. I did not find that out for several hours, when I called to see what was taking so long. At that time, I was told the service tech was working on other vehicles, and mine was in a holding status. In my opinion, dealerships will be more productive if they treat customers like family members they want to help, rather than as people they want to profit from. As a consumer, we are aware that service and required parts are not free. However, certain simple things I can fix myself. There was no need to hold my vehicle as long as you did to install a battery. I could have purchased the battery and installed it myself. Forgive me, but I am deeply unhappy with how this service ended. Please, tell me the truth up front and let me make the decision. Don't decide for me, then make excuses, and never tell a customer after you have informed them you will get their vehicle taken care of, that the service tech had other vehicles to service before he could get back to yours. I understand customer service is unique to each person, but at the bottom line, as a customer, even if we feel the cost was overboard, I will treat the service tech and personnel there with respect, and I want the same in return. That all comes from being honest. Forgive me —this visit hurt my feelings. I've been coming since 2014.

I recently had to have my brand new 2025 F 150 worked on not happy with the situation. Then when I took the truck in everyone was fantastic. I was greeted by the service advisor and told what to expect. I was told I could wait, or they would get me transportation home. I choose to wait. Then both the service manager and even the owner checked in for a follow up to make sure I was being taken care of. When I bought the truck, they said that they would provide service. Today they proved it. Thanks to all.
