I had a major radio where ( to make a long story short) issue with my f150 that i had bought from another dealership. I met with jamie the head service advisor and he told me it wasn't going to be an easy issue with my f150 that i had bought from another dealership. My family and I was traveling out of town from Georgia to Virginia when my vehicle notified us of a problem on the highway. The police officer who escorted us told us we were in the middle of nowhere that Virginia when my vehicle notified us of a problem on the highway. However we googled and contacted your establishment and spoke to Aaron Ottinger. He was able to get us in to at least look at the issue. Most of the other auto shops were booked up or had to make an appointment. Please note that Aaron went up and beyond to make us comfortable, his sense of humor helped ease the tension of the stress, and simple kept us posted on every step of whats going on with my vehicle. I am thankful for Aaron and the staff who helped serviced my Explorer and made us get back safely on the road. I truly appreciate you guys!!! Best service ever!!!!! More
