My experience with John Elway Dodge in Greeley, CO was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. Rick Nolan was very tentative to what we wanted and worked to make it happen. We could not have asked for a better dealership. We bought our Jeep from Jamie and Kevin last year. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Jamie called us a couple months after we had been bought our Jeep from Jamie and Kevin last year. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Jamie called us a couple months after we had been in looking for a vehicle to let us know they had gotten a Jeep my husband would love. Needless to say we loved it and a year later still love it. In August of 2013 I brought my 2001 dodge mini van into John Elway's service department to have my airbag light checked. My airbags were disabled due to a broken Clock spring. Jessie was able to fix the problem at a better price than the other mechanics I had gotten an estimate for. He also called before any work was done to let me know what it would cost. A month later I was in an accident and was told the airbags saved my life. Jessie was very friendly and his work was excellent. After the accident we called Jamie and let him know we were looking for another vehicle. when we came in a couple days after calling he showed us vehicles in our price range. We found a Toyota we were very interested in, however no one could find the keys for it. We told Jamie and Kevin we would be back in a couple of days and would like to see the Toyota. When we came back to the dealership the Toyota was waiting for us to test drive. Needless to say we bought it. Jamie and Kevin are very friendly, not pushy salesmen. We have had such great experiences with John Elway in Greeley. Because of Jamie, Kevin (sales) and Jessie (service department) we will continue to refer them to our family and friends. They are our Dealership of choice. More

We decided to buy and went to 2 other Jeep dealers in NOCO before going to John Elway in Greeley. After getting the same crappy sales tactics we left both and decided to go to Greeley. From the minute we pulled into the lot we were met with a SINCERE greeting and treated with respect. The vehicle we wanted was not in stock with the options we had to have. Kevin and Lori went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted. They did not try to upsell us on anything and gave us exactly what we asked for right down to the color. The price negotiation was quick and simple although we were quite a bit apart at the beginning. They gave us a fair price for our trade, found the EXACT vehicle we wanted and gave a us a loaner for the rest of the day. We could have taken the vehicle later that evening but they requested that we take their loaner overnight to give them the time they wanted to prepare and detail the Jeep to their standards. We picked up our new Jeep today and couldn't be happier. This is the best car buying experience I ever had. The people make the difference and these are true professionals. You won't be disappointed. I went in to look at used jeeps a couple of months ago with my son and had a particularly negative experience with Chris and Jonathan. I only spoke with Chris for a few minutes before he went to ask his G with my son and had a particularly negative experience with Chris and Jonathan. I only spoke with Chris for a few minutes before he went to ask his GM a question. My son was standing by the counter at the front where Chris went to speak with the GM, who I just discovered is Jonathan from looking at pictures on the website. My son said he overheard them making fun of me because of the way I talk, which came about as a result of an injury ai suffered while I was serving in Iraq. When my son came back and told me he was upset and ai just decided to walk out without making a scene. Real shame and terribly embarrassing. More

So we negotiated, and one of the selling points was that he was going to help me & my wife out with a key for her Grand Caravan. It's a very expensive key, and he assured us he would help. So we purchased the vehicle and went on our way. When I contacted him about the key, he said he was just gonna give me an "internal price" on one. Which was around $150, I then called around to other Dodge/Chrysler dealerships and they were all giving me the same price... I called my salesman back and told him that he was not giving me any special deal or pricing like he said he would, he just replied man the parts guy must be ripping me off as well.... that's as far as it went. I do not regret buying the vehicle, I feel that I got a good price and was treated fairly well, but the rest of the story implies that they were just interested in getting me in and out and that's that. I love the truck, but it's probably the last the dealership will see of me. More
Dealt with Jorge Duran over the phone for about a week before coming in to test drive. He was a very honest and upfront about all the pros and cons of the different vehicles I was looking at. Instead of selling me a New Dodge Grand Caravan with the basics, he found me a used Chrysler town and Country fully loaded with low miles at a comparable cost which gave me more luxury and upgrades while staying within my very strict budget. If you want great customer service and an honest salesman who will work hard for you, ask for Jorge Duran. More
