Antonio went out of his way to make me comfortable/happy with car and the purchase. Their selection and quality of used cars is impressive. I made the deal and the car was detailed and gassed up for my drive home (400 miles). I definitely recommend Mike Ward Infiniti and in particular Antonio Aguilar for your next vehicle purchase. From the minute I walked through the door, I could tell this dealership values their visitors differently than most of the other dealerships I had visited in the past. Besides a spacious, clean and modern showroom, the people were a pleasure throughout the entire process; virtually everyone I dealt with was engaging, but never pushy, supportive and pleasant to work with. My sales consultant (Antonio Aguilar) was outstanding; listening to what I wanted, made sure I was able to test drive (even multiple times) the cars I was evaluating and was knowledgeable and very honest in all his communications. I never felt like I was "being sold to". Working with the sales manager (Pat Corbitt and the finance manager left me with a good feeling (instead of the worn out experiences I have had in the past at other dealerships). Their prices were fair to start and they were also willing to work to make the purchase happen (again, so unlike most car purchase experiences). If you are in the market for an Infiniti or used vehicle that Mike Ward has, I would recommend working with this dealership. More
