From the time i got to this dealership until i left, the experience was amazing! they gave me excellent money for my trade. they backed up the promise of not letting me leave the dealership until i drove off with a new truck. We told him we were just looking and comparing, he asked what we were looking for and we told him. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend and he directed us to some cars. I was interested in looking at one so he went to get the keys. I kept looking and found 2 more cars I was interested in. When he came out with the keys he had a list of 3 cars and all their info and keys. The same cars I picked out to look at he already had the info. and keys for. I was very impressed because he actually listened to what I was looking for and anticipated my needs and was not pushy and he did not try to up sell me. We were so impressed with the quality of the cars, prices and salesmen we bought the car. In my experiences with other dealers ships I have had salesmen that were so pushy or only wanted to talk to my husband about what I was looking for that I left without buying. I highly recommend Tarver Ford from start to finish everyone was friendly knowledgeable and eager to help. Next time we are ready to buy they will be the first place I go! More
