Best service I have EVER had at a dealer!!! I am a past service advisor of 13 years, no longer in the business but wanted you all to know ,you have 2 of the BEST in your building!! Came in prev I am a past service advisor of 13 years, no longer in the business but wanted you all to know ,you have 2 of the BEST in your building!! Came in previously with my Jeep for the air bag recall and was informed , you did not have the part and would need to leave my Jeep 2 days to get it done. I have put it off because that was not acceptable to me, it is a airbag recall and yet they at the time had NO LOANER vehicles.. Today was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER and I am so glad I came back and tried your business again..Called this morning and was told the process should not take more than an hour so I came in.Kristy Wood was both pleasant and knowledgeable and extremely professional..while my Jeep was in I asked about a problem with braking and turning left, was causing a terrible sensation in my brake pedal, explained that to Brandon Henry and we discussed possibilities. I waited in waiting room until he came back with a resolve to my brake issue and explained it would take a little longer than the one hour but that if I needed to leave Kristy could get me a loaner and I could get on with my day and they will call when ready. Kristy was even so thoughtful as to turn on the air in the loaner for me.I seriously could not be more impressed with these two people. Being a former head injury patient (brain tumor) stress anxiety ,flashing lights etc always cause seizures and I avoid dealerships for that reason..TODAY WAS A BLESSING, Thank you so much to Kristy Wood and Brandon Henry You are AWESOME!! Amazed My Jeep's problem was detected right away on Friday am, the parts were in stock and I pick it up on Monday.
