"Best service I've had. Highly recommend" I needed a break assist in my 2017 Ram. There was no plug for me to use mine? They installed a factory one for me at no charge. Wonderful Service Damien Davis in the Service Area is wonderful. I was amazed at how I had not been there for 4 months and he was able to call me by name. He is always so polite and courteous and makes having to bring my car in more of a pleasure than a dreaded experience. Everyone at this dealership is attentive to your needs. Worst ever dealership!!!!!!JOKE!!!!!!!!! Truck had a flat truck when I showed up for the test drive,I was told it had a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY through the dealership. IT DOES NOT. I had to Truck had a flat truck when I showed up for the test drive,I was told it had a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY through the dealership. IT DOES NOT. I had to bring the truck back to get it clean because they couldn't do it while signing paperwork ( they had 10 service people just standing around) . They have been selling trucks with lifetime warranty for 6 months and they don't have warranty. The Manger told me that himself. Luckily I caught on to it. A couple of my buddies had already bought trucks from there and they were told they have a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY.They don't, hopefully they'really going to fight it. I highly recommend staying clear of this place. 10 days after the sell they call wanting more money because some paperwork was wrong. WHAT A JOKE !!!!! More
