Service Department - . I called on Wednesday about an oil leak was having , for it to be dropped off at to be looked at on Thursday . It was not looked at on Thursday which I was ok considering we are still a pandemic . I called on Friday @ 11:30 am left a message for my service advisor Claritza Munoz , . I called back at 1:30 with Ms. Munoz and she stated she was speaking with mechanic and will call me back in about 30 minutes. I was fine with her response and patiently awaited her. call. At 4:10 pm , I called back and asked to speak with the service advisor , she stated that she waiting on the mechanic to get back to her . I ask it this was acceptable, because when we last spoke I was told you speaking with mechanic . So I asked has my car been looked at ? should I just pick it up. She went on to say you going to write another negative review. So I asked " the review I wrote prior has no bearing on today's issue so why are you bringing it up? Also when my husband dropped off the car you questioned him about me and the review I wrote . I asked to be transfered to a manager and she proceeds to say , oh you going to write a review like last time . Again I asked to speak to manager . She transfered me to random number. I called back to request to speak to the manager so I can change the service advisor and to find out the status of my car. I am patiently waiting for a call from the manager. I brought my car back to millenium because they have always serviced my car. More
