decent experience to horrible experience I was in the market for a 2018 Honda Accord touring.. This particular dealership had the one i was looking for and in the right price range! The car s I was in the market for a 2018 Honda Accord touring.. This particular dealership had the one i was looking for and in the right price range! The car salesman Ritik was ok.. nothing great.. nothing terrible. I ended up leaving a 500 dollar deposit on the car.. I ended up talking to the finance guy (Jules) and it sounded kind of high for the ammt of money i was putting down (5500).It came out to 440 a month for 72 months..so i left not sure if i want the car.. I asked him if he can email me the breakdown..he said sure..never got anything... I called a good friend of mine at a well established car dealership and to walk me through the process He said i should be paying 374 a month for 72 months!! he even gave me the paperwork as a reference!! Next day i am back at honda..I inspect the car and there was a bunch of scratches and dirty mats with stains! ..i asked if they can replace the mats..he said i can BUY the new mats!! THAT IS A JOKE!!!! So back to my final meeting with Jules..i asked him if i can see the #s on paper.. he wouldnt let me..i asked him if i can see the computer..he wouldnt let me.. I showed him the purchase order from my friends dealership and jules got all pissed off and told me to guy buy a car from him! They tried to rip me off with adding a warranty that i did not ask for. on their website it is a certified car that has a warranty with it I took Jules advice..i bought a car from my friend and now i am driving a 2019 Cadillac for 399 a month with lifetime oil changes and a warranty.. So thank you jules for the advice! More

She is great, i went there with my car which had many problems she listened to me for each and every problems i had with that car. She called me to ask about the problems with that car and fixed all issu problems she listened to me for each and every problems i had with that car. She called me to ask about the problems with that car and fixed all issues even changed the suspension :) and she made the extended warranty to pay all the bills Thank you More
