outstanding serviced by Lillian Hamilton My Honda Pilot 2012 had the emission system check light on. It worried me, I immediately went to Millennium Honda where I purchased years ago to hav My Honda Pilot 2012 had the emission system check light on. It worried me, I immediately went to Millennium Honda where I purchased years ago to have it diagnose. Mind you I did not have an appointment on that day. They immediately received me, ticketed the car and went in to see Lillian. Unfortunately, Lillian was working with another customer, other representatives asked me if they can help, with no disrespect, I told them I will rather wait for Lillian for as long as it takes. Many reasons were at the bottom of my choice. a) I have been dealing with Lillian for years b) She always treats me with respect and professionalism On that specific day for the issue I came for, Lillian took the time to explain to me the gravity of the problem. What I like the most is the fact she does not use words that are sophisticated to explain the problem, she used simple but straight forward words to make me understand. After explaining the problem, she gave me options, I feel empowered as a customer not pressured by a service person. I must state that she clearly explained to me that the issue must be taken care of urgently. I did go ahead and have it fixed, but this is not the point, the bottom line is that Lillian always treats me a VIP. Her professionalism is outstanding, her kindness, even her tone of voice and the constant update of what is going on with my car while being serviced is very important to me as a customer. I did not feel left out waiting forever. She went over the charges with me, explaining all the details one by one, and I did not feel ripped off or overcharged. Just for information, Lillian never asks me to fill out a survey for her, but I feel obligated to do so because, trust me I don’t think your company will find someone of high caliber and professionalism as Lillian. I enjoyed going to Millennium and have my car be handed by Lillian Hamilton. More
Waste of time and shady practices Came in with my wife and 1 month old to simply see some used minivans (Odessy), salesman instead automatically went into pitching leasing a brand new Came in with my wife and 1 month old to simply see some used minivans (Odessy), salesman instead automatically went into pitching leasing a brand new one, because the payments would be lower. After taking my $500 deposit before even pricing out my vehicle, then being made to wait to be turned down on a 2019 (which I didn't even come in looking for). Financing said they got the bank to agree to a pre owned 2015, with no extras, scratches and tears in the cloth interior...for the low low price of $25,400 before fees, interest and whatever other bs they add on. In summary sat for 4 hours, without even being offered water to be given the run around to qualify for some crap car seating on the lot God knows how long, with ridiculous payment terms. Thanks Honda! More

He showed us every detail and features in the car and also took the time to take us and drive the car. We both loved how it drove. This was an amazing experience and we love the car. The car had a minor scratch but Sebastian took the car somewhere and came back with no scratch. Great and friendly young man. The French vanilla coffe he made us was awesome by the way.
