I visited this dealership over the weekend on Saturday 2/27 with a preapproval from MCU in hand and ready to leave with a car that same day. Hanan H. (saleswoman), Juan Arias (finance), Mike Brown (general manager), and even the appointment coordinator Jeff B. definitely put together a collective effort to help me achieve my goal. Hanan was professional, yet sweet and a very personable saleswoman to work with. She was always attentive to my needs as the buyer, answered all of my questions, and if she did not know the answer, she made sure she asked someone who did. Big plus in my book as I knew I could trust her! She made me comfortable throughout the entire process. I test drove 2 cpo vehicles, one was out of my price range so Hanan helped me negotiate my second option using the extended President's Day sale. I got a really good deal on a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L, 4 cylinder. The next process was where everyone collectively pulled together to help me drive out with the car the same day. The bank I was preapproved for was closed and although they did offer to put in an application with another bank, I was adamant amount financing only through my bank. Juan A. knew a direct contact at my bank and got my approval pushed though after hours, not just a few minutes after the bank was closed, but HOURS after the bank closed. Jeff made sure I kept a positive attitude and Mike Brown supervised the long process to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was happy. It was definitely a long process, and I was not an easy customer, but as I mentioned before, they helped me reach my goal of driving out of the dealership with the car that same day! The staff at Millennium definitely cares about their customers and I would recommend them to anyone in the market looking to buy! Thanks for the team effort Millennium Honda! More
