Will Mendoza contacted me and in writing gave me a quote to return my mint condition leased Honda CRV for the new 2012 model. He called several times and then finally in writing gave me a price for a 36 mon to return my mint condition leased Honda CRV for the new 2012 model. He called several times and then finally in writing gave me a price for a 36 month lease while returning my current CRV. I called and asked several time to make sure he was not "jerking me around" and I explained to him that I would be quite irate if he was wasting my time. When I get to the dealer, they continue to hand me off to several people until finally I take a test ride and they inspect my current CRV. All is good until we sit down and I am quoted an additional $120.00 per month above the written emailed quote. When I ask for Will Mendoza, Matt the manager comes out to try to explain that Will was new to the computer system and was unaware of the great deal I had gotten on my original vehicle 2 years earlier. Will never showed his face again and after I accused them of the oldest Bait and Switch trick Matt had very little to say, except "why didn’t you ask for me". I explained that I did (he was my original salesmen 2 years earlier) but he was never available to get on the phone and Will always intercepted the calls. I will also be reporting this routine to Honda. I will never go back to this dealer and probably never buy another Honda. More

When I finally made contact, he told me that he would have his boss contact me, to this day, I have not heard from "Matt". I have called the dealer on many of occasion and the rude young lady answers the phone on speaker, eating, and after I tell her who it is and that I am looking to speak w/ Matt, she comes back and says "he said to tell you that he is busy". I am trying my best to remain professional and not bring action against this dealership. I regret any interaction, dealing or purchasing w/ this dealership. More

I've only been here 3x for free oil change that was part of my plan and every time I come they give me a hard time about it, they act like it's ridiculous that I get a free oil change. I am a 4 times returning customer - which speaks volumes for the customer service of Millenium Honda. I went in to check out a car for a 3 year lease and was assisted by Bill Barbe. He is patient, extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to find out which car suits you best and then works with you to give you the car which meets your needs. I went in on Saturday around 9 am and I walked out with my Honda Accord the same afternoon. I was helped by Bill, Hiresh, Amit and even the General Manager Peter Zorzy came and met us to ensure that everything was fine. In all I left the dealership happy with my leased car and more than satisfied with the service I received. I would certainly recommend this dealership. More

We went here to lease "2" HONDA accords and salesman was if course. Told us we could have cars at $155 each per month with no money down. Was ready to write check and salesman jumps up and says he will be right back. He comes back and says we now need $9100 up front(the piece of garbage was now adding down payments which he said we didn't need). My 80 year old mother was devastated! !!!! She and I were in shock! I gave him a piece of my mind and we walked out! Mom was so happy with this lieing piece of ---- until he trade to pull this ----!!!!! PLEASE NEVER GO TO THESE TWO FACED xxxxxxxx!!!! Gave me a low price on the phone and would not honor it when I got to the showroom. Made me wait for a long time even thought the showroom was empty.
