My car's first service came at 9 am and left at 12:30 pm (3.5 hours). The process took way too long and is not something I expect from a regular oil change when I show up on time. The repair was tough to diagnose, but the techs persisted and pinpointed the issue. Steven, the service agent, apprised us and explained the necessary repair. Franklin is the absolute best! !! He helped my fiance get his car 2 years ago and when my lease was up we knew we had to go back to Franklin! He listens to what you want and your bu !!
