Adam was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I had generated a quote from a US News website that directed me to him as a certified dealer. Although he did not have the vehicle in stock, he offered to generated a quote from a US News website that directed me to him as a certified dealer. Although he did not have the vehicle in stock, he offered to have it transported from Wisconsin as to honor the quote I received on the website. He also utilized the tools at hand and demonstrated product in stock which was, with the exception of being a 4 cylinder instead of a 6 cylinder, identical. Being a 8 cylinder driver on my last car, I thought there was NO WAY the 4 cylinder would have enough pick up. I was pleasantly surprised that it did. Adam left the ball in my court, adjusted my current quote down to reflect the difference in remaining in the 4 cylinder or transporting in the 6cylinder and offered to extend the July bonus offer because the stock was not on-hand. Ultimately, I chose the 4 when weighing the additional monthly cost as well as the better gas mileage. From a dealer standpoint...the centralized area for a customer to wait is the best I have seen in a dealership. What a great idea. I was able to look at my email and watch Netflix on my iPad while enjoying a cup of coffee. Ryan Auto Mall, Cornerstone Auto and Elk River Ford you have a choice of sitting in front of the finance manager while they work up the numbers. Boring! More

In this case I bought a Ford Mustang from him. Scott was more knowledgable on Ford products ( this Mustang in particular) than the Ford dealership was. I did look at a Mustang at your competitor across the street before going to see Scott. The experience was extremely easy. Scott is truly an asset to your company. I had stopped at Miller Auto many times looking at cars as I was really undecided at what my next car purchase would be. I had talked with Mary a number of times and we had test drove some vehicles. Mary was very patient and had a no-pressure demeanor. She really listened to what features I was looking for and said she would keep an eye out for me. One day she called and told me about a trade-in they had just brought in. It was a vehicle brand that was not even on my radar, but it had all the features I was looking for. After many months of shopping and researching cars, it was a matter of a quick test drive and the decision was made to purchase as it was a good value and fit what I had been looking for. I don't even know where to begin. I stopped in one Saturday to check out the Nissan sale they had going on. I had a specific price range I could work with as I'm on a tight budget. Jamie Nelson met with me out in the parking lot while I was looking at their inventory and I explained my situation. He was honest with me from the very beginning and steered me in the right direction on what year of vehicle I should be looking for. I was wanting to trade in my gas guzzler for something that got better gas milage as I do some traveling for my job. We looked at a few cars that day just so he could get a feel of what I was looking for. From there he took the wheel and narrowed my search down to the vehicles that would possibly work for me. From there he met with Dan Omdahl in Finance and gave him my price range. I was wishing for a miracle to get the car I wanted in the price range I needed it and both Jamie and Dan worked and worked until they got the bottom line to where I wanted it! There was never once any sales pitch or pressure from either of them. They both wanted to see me in a vehicle I wanted and not just put me in any vehicle just to get the sale. If there was something I didn't like they went back to the drawing board. I cannot say enough nice things about Jamie and Dan and Miller Auto Plaza! I would definately recommend my family and friends to shop at Miller and more importantly to have Jamie help them find they vehicle they are in search of just as he did with me. I found the specific vehicle I wanted through the internet on Autotrader. Miller is a 3-hour drive from my home, so to say the least, I did not want to be disappointed after making the trip.
