Without fail, I take my Mini into the dealership for routine maintenance and repairs because I appreciate the high quality work they provide. It's rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism and genuine care in today's fast-paced world, and I am grateful for his service. I've owned other brands of vehicles in the past, but I have never been as happy or as satisfied as I am with Mini. I want you to know that Parker Adams plays a major role in that! More
Good service. Car was clean after oil change. Wait was almost three hours. A bit long for having an appointment. Overall good experience. Car was clean after oil change. Wait was almost three hours. A bit long for having an appointment. Overall good experience. More
Buying my Mini was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The sales staff were attentive without being aggressive and there were minimal attempts at upselling. I’d definitely buy from them again. After learning of Mini Coopers decision to end production of vehicles with manual transmission, I canvassed the state of Texas for dealerships with Mini Cooper S. Kevin Choi with Mini of Dallas was first to contact me. His tenacity and relentless efforts set him apart from all the Texas dealerships I contacted. He was quick to continue giving me options during the difficult process of not only finding a vehicle with manual transmission but securing it. His persistence and resolve was key to finding the Mini Cooper S that matched my specifications. Kevin’s character, kindness and compassion made the searching/buying process easy and simple. Although there is a mini coop dealership closer to my home, I will continue to use Mini of Dallas in the future because of Mr. Choi. Thank you Kevin for all your work. More

I’ve had a lot of repairs done here and it seems that most either aren’t really done or done incompetently. I had strut work done and a week later took it somewhere else and found out they are leaking. I most either aren’t really done or done incompetently. I had strut work done and a week later took it somewhere else and found out they are leaking. I had a n engine seal replaced and surprise they tell me that also needs replaced. I did try and contact them but never heard back. If I hadn’t prepaid the exorbitant oil change price I wouldn’t have been back this time. But on a side note, while I was sitting in the waiting area, I heard 2 other people talking on their phones about the same type of issues. Things that weren’t fixed correctly and they too were looking for new service options. For the over the top prices they charge they could at least do it correctly the first time. More

Everything went great while I waited for the service to be completed. However, much to my dismay later that evening I noticed that oil was leaking from underneath my car. I called the dealership first thing the next morning to alert them to the issue and was told that only one service advisor was working, but I was assured he would give me a call as soon as he got back to his desk. Two hours passed and I never received a call, so I made a second attempt to reach someone. The second person I spoke to basically told me that no one was available to assist me. I asked her if I should attempt to drive to the dealership (despite the oil leaking) to see if I could get assistance or at least be put in a loaner until someone could address the issue. I was told that even if I showed up there was no guarantee they would help me. I asked if there was anyone at the dealership who I could talk to about the matter, and ultimately I was put into the voicemail for a Service Director who was out of the office until the next Monday. I left a voicemail for the Service Director who was supposed to be covering, and still have yet to receive a phone call from either Service Director or a member of management. Mind you, this is what I am being told when there was clearly an issue with the oil change that had been completed by their service technicians - MINI/BMW of Dallas basically left me stranded! At 3:30pm that afternoon, I finally received an email (not even a call) for a service appointment at 10am on November 13th - which didn't work for my work schedule. I was able to get help from another local MINI dealership - One of the bolts to the oil drain pan was loose, which was why oil was leaking - I was told that engine failure would have resulted had the bolt fallen out. Also, they found a nail in one of my tires. I sent the video to my normal service advisor hoping that maybe this would have prompted a response from management - Still nothing! Now, anyone has visited the MINI/BMW of Dallas service drive knows how much they emphasize their Service surveys, which I have been told is their Report Card. If you got to the end of this review what grade would you give? I have noticed that someone from "management" will comment that they will review and reach out. Based on my most recent experience, I will not hold my breath. TLDR - If there is an issue with service they completed they would prefer to ignore you rather than address the issue. More
