Everything was done to take care of the customer that was humanly possible. We value our customers and do everything in our control to correct a noise problem , however at times it is difficult to always duplicate. We did correct the noise problem and even provided another means of transportation for this customer while the vehicle was in our shop. We strive to always take care of our customers.
