Brought the car in for a recall issue, and although Ford had not released the fix for my car yet, I was able to work with Kalyn and her team to get my 80,000 mile service done. The text messaging and video walkthrough of the vehicle inspection helped me make decisions on specific services and the digital portal made it easy to accept or deny specific fixes. Car was ready on time and pulled into the service bay out of the rain for me which was a nice touch of service.
