I don't have car purchase experience, but for service, they are awesome. No upsell, no attempts to get more out of me than I want. They took a Kia coupon from me and honored it for an oil change on my Hyundai. I felt a little funny, being a Hyundai at a Kia dealership, but now I feel at home and feel sorry for all of those Hyundai owners that don't go here for parts (cheaper in price but exactly the same parts), service (again, less expensive, and actually BETTER service). This Kia dealership's coupon was for FULL synthetic oil, and no mention of "up to 5 quarts, additional extra" charges. The Hyundai Tucson (and Kia Sportage) 2.5L 4 cylinder engine requires 6 quarts, and they didn't charge me any more for that. No fuss, no feeling of being taken advantage of, just great convenient service at a great price. And yes, I did buy parts from them previously, and paid less than the Hyundai dealership was asking. I think I'd be stupid to NOT come back to these guys for all my Hyundai (and possibly future Kia) needs. BTW, my service advisor was Patrick, great guy! More
