Came in to fix a noise that was created after I did a recall issue on a minor repair. It was driving us crazy. After spending a bunch of money trying to find the problem, I was getting very frustrated ( recall issue on a minor repair. It was driving us crazy. After spending a bunch of money trying to find the problem, I was getting very frustrated ( to the point I bought another car). The mechanic recommended I spend $2000+ to replace motor mounts. I decided that was too much considering I just spend a ton previously trying to fix the noise that didnt work. Jeff the advisor also advised me not to do the fix that the tech wanted to do. Because the noise was really bothering me, I decided to try to fix it one last time. A new tech was finally able to locate the issue. It was as simple as tightening some bolts that the first tech team missed. Happy they didn't charge me for the issue and even more happy that I didnt do the repair that the first tech recommended. No charge for the repair. I think it was the right thing to do and Jeff did it without my asking. More
