Every time I come to get my car serviced here at Mission Viejo Acura, I have had excellent service. The representatives are honest, not pushy, and understanding. Jeff did an amazing job on fixing my CD player. He saved the songs and tracks that I thought were gone forever. The issue appeared to happen several weeks earlier when I had my battery replaced. I had 3 CD’ the songs and tracks that I thought were gone forever. The issue appeared to happen several weeks earlier when I had my battery replaced. I had 3 CD’s and some how all 3 CD’s were combined into one. Jeff was able to put them back into the 3 tracks. Jeff took the time to get this done. Again my thanks to him. Excellent customer service. They were on top of all my needs and kept me informed on what was needed for repairs. I was text of problems and need of repairs. Excellent communications. The next morning my wife pulls her car out of what was needed for repairs. I was text of problems and need of repairs. Excellent communications. MV Acura was pleasant and easy to work with. I was in and out with a loaner car quickly and easily. My car was washed and cleaned and that was great. My only concern was that I asked for only an oil change b out with a loaner car quickly and easily. My car was washed and cleaned and that was great. My only concern was that I asked for only an oil change but received a multi point inspection and oil change including $73 labor. That should have been disclosed in the beginning.
