Originally took my car in for what I thought would be a 3 day service contract repair that turned out to be a prolonged nightmare. After going through the entire ordeal, I can only say that Jeff's profession day service contract repair that turned out to be a prolonged nightmare. After going through the entire ordeal, I can only say that Jeff's professionalism and customer service was top notch. He stayed communicative throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was resolved in a satisfactory manner. This kind of personalized service is why I will be taking my car exclusively to Acura of Mission Viejo from now on! More

Where do I begin?! This dealership is first class! I've now leased 3 Acuras from this dealership. I have always loved working with the Sales Manager, Alex which is now the GM. It was my first lease through Marty and wow, what a great experience from the beginning! I am not always the easiest, but he never got frustrated and never felt pressured from him either. He understood my needs/budget/ timeframe. I always appreciate that from someone in Sales. As a newish mom and running a small business - time is very precious to me. I know the car buying experience can be daunting and long. I told Marty ahead of time when I wanted to be home by. Marty, Alex and Brian made it happen!! Great experience! Promised their word, no hassle and stress free. My Husband negotiated prior to arrival, Adam followed up and within 2 hours we were out the door signing our papers.
