Thank you for finding and fixing my issue with my noise that was coming for my dash. I had gone to the weir canyon Acura dealership 4x and they not only told me they heard the noise, they could never find that was coming for my dash. Jeff was excellent. He was very thorough about reviewing the health of my car currently and asked about the previous service history. We discussed the upcoming services I am likely to see with my next Maint the health of my car currently and asked about the previous service history. We discussed the upcoming services I am likely to see with my next Maintenance Minder as I am approaching 45k miles. All questions we answered and he seemed knowledgeable about the Acura products, which is surprisingly uncommon at car dealerships. The service took longer than the 40 minutes I was told it would take on the phone by Priscilla the day prior to my visit, but Jeff took the time to inspect my car thoroughly and I got a wash at the end of the service which was a nice touch. Despite MV Acura not being closest to me, I will keep returning for service here as you have always gone the extra mile to take care of me and my MDX despite you not being the dealer that sold me the car.
