Samantha was so wonderful! My husband and I were shopping around for vehicle as my lease contract was coming to and end and we were originally going with our credit union and even was working with a broker w around for vehicle as my lease contract was coming to and end and we were originally going with our credit union and even was working with a broker who was trying to help us find cars that we were interested in but he wasn’t really finding cars that really made sense to buy so my husband just finally ended up going online and finding mission Viejo Acura. We found the Mazda CX-9 and fell in love! We met up with Samantha and she was just so helpful and made everything go so smoothly! Thank you again Samantha! Mission Viejo Acura was very accommodating, especially during these weird times to purchase a car. I’ve been going back and fourth with multiple car dealerships and none of them were helpful. We found thi during these weird times to purchase a car. I’ve been going back and fourth with multiple car dealerships and none of them were helpful. We found this amazing car and decided to contact your location and we got directed to Alex and Bryan who were awesome and very accommodating with everything!!!! I was so happy with them and my car. Keep in mind I had only seen the car through pictures so I didn’t know what to expect. The previous dealership I went to tried to sell me a brand new car with microfiber scratches everywhere so I was already uneasy on dealing again with yet another car dealership. I had spoke to both Alex and Bryan about my situation and what payments I was able to afford. There was no bantering back and fourth and they were honest and VERY helpful to get me a reasonable rate and really worked with my needs in purchasing a new car that I’m very happy with! Lastly, I live in Santa Clarita-so they accommodated the delivery of the car and time of arrival for me. Thank you so much guys! More
