It was truly a no-brainer that when we decided to purchase her a car; we searched MV Acura website. I located a car at a "sister store" and The Team (Joey, Bryan, Safue) transferred that vehicle within hours and it was available for us to view and test drive. They worked tirelessly with us to get us in, set up and out the door. When we returned on Saturday morning ,with our daughter in tow, they ensured the car was out front, shiny and filled with gas!! She was positively surprised and we could not have done this without this Team at MV Acura. If customer service, fair pricing is important to you; DO NOT HESITATE to shop MV Acura. They are truly amazing. Mr. Patterson has done a great job making this dealership one that genuinely cares about their customers...For life; not just a transaction!! A shout out to Samantha as well. While I don’t require service on my car often, I’m always pleased with the courteous and friendly welcome I receive every time I come to MV Acura. The staff is knowledgeable, transparent, helpful, accommodat pleased with the courteous and friendly welcome I receive every time I come to MV Acura. The staff is knowledgeable, transparent, helpful, accommodating, and always aims to please. I have worked with multiple staff members in previous visits and they always remember me as a customer. John helped was me upgrade into my current vehicle when he was Orange Coast Acura, and Josh followed up with my concerns from my last visit even though he wasn’t my rep for this most recent service. Jeff was very helpful with my car drop off and set up of a loaner vehicle. He gave my transaction a warm hand off to Saul who impressed me with his attention to detail and the regular updates about the progress of my car. Overall I had a positive experience with the entire staff. More
