While I don’t require service on my car often, I’m always pleased with the courteous and friendly welcome I receive every time I come to MV Acura. The staff is knowledgeable, transparent, helpful, accommodating, and always aims to please. I have worked with multiple staff members in previous visits and they always remember me as a customer. John helped was me upgrade into my current vehicle when he was Orange Coast Acura, and Josh followed up with my concerns from my last visit even though he wasn’t my rep for this most recent service. Jeff was very helpful with my car drop off and set up of a loaner vehicle. He gave my transaction a warm hand off to Saul who impressed me with his attention to detail and the regular updates about the progress of my car. Overall I had a positive experience with the entire staff. More
