Amazing customer service and eval breaker I’ve been looking for 2020 MDX white exterior and red interior. I found couple places with inventory but failed due to higher price otd and high APR. I’ve been looking for 2020 MDX white exterior and red interior. I found couple places with inventory but failed due to higher price otd and high APR. I was looking online and chat with a representative. She said her sale rep would contact me directly. 10 mins later I received a phone called from David and I told him the price I could afford m. He said he would get an approval from his boss and call me back. Which he did and the otd offer is close to the amount I had offer. Even though the APR is higher than what I wanted to but it’s the lowest rate compare to competitor. We close the deal within 1 hr. I lived 1 hr away from the dealer and He told me he would wait for me. He sent electronic applications and prepare documentation while I was on the road. We finished all the paper works and I drove my new MDX home with in 2 hours. Couldn’t have ask for better service. Thank you! More

Fast and thorough I have been on lots of test drives with all manner of salespersons and car brands. However, this one was different and something stood out. The salesperson seemed to really want for me to make sure that this was the car for me. There were a great many more details about the vehicle that were shared, and more important, he asked about what my driving habits were....what was important to me in a vehicle, etc..... It helped me more clearly identify whether or not the car I was test driving was the "right" car for me. To top it off, lots of the paperwork was done prior to my arrival and the financing process was as quick as it has ever been in all my years of car buying. They have a first rate team representing a first rate brand. More

Friendly and professional sales process Mission Viejo Acura was brought to my attention as they had the only car with desired spec in-stock in the area. What made me satisfied is how profess Mission Viejo Acura was brought to my attention as they had the only car with desired spec in-stock in the area. What made me satisfied is how professional and smooth the sales process went. Unlinke many other dealership, Mission Viejo Acura's salesman allowed me to test drive the new vehicle to the level I want, test drive routes consist of winding local raods, short mountain raods and freeway. The salesman followed the process perfectly and walked me through the detail of the car functionality and feature as much as possible. The pricing was straightforward as I discussed the pricing over the text message prior to my visit. No shady game and trick in the pricing as I went through Costco Auto Program. On top of the savings Costco Auto Program was able to provide me, the salesman showed me more options of payment for which I may be able to enjoy even lower sales price - very transparent and friendly. I spotted and pointed out a few build quality problems on the vehicle during the test drove, and they helped pull out another vehicle with the same spec which just arrived at the lot without being through the PDI process. As I spotted some other issues on the this vehicle, they went ahead and checked other vehicles in the lot and tried to locate the cause and uniformity of the problem - very responsive and thoughtful. In the end, they confirmed that the issue I found was minor and isolated, and they were glad to fix it as I agreed to make the deal. The next day, they fixed the problem and I picked up the vehicle with a Thank-you note inside the central console. More
