In every aspect of the car buying process, from the original phone call with the owner John Patterson, the handshake with the General Manager Troy Kerth, the business aspects of the sale with the General Sales Manager Alex Chung and Sales Consultant Samantha Taylor, and the explanation and signing of the documents with Finance Manager Veronica Paco, my daughter and I were treated like royalty. We bought a great car at a great price with great financing, and bonus their coffee machine is out of this world :-) In all honesty I would recommend any of my friends or family to purchase a new or used car from them. Bad timing belt service done as well as several others and the work went smoothly and they offered me a very nice loaner car while work being done. Could have saved a little $$ elsewhere but wanted authentic certified mechanics to do this important work Had too many bad experiences with 3rd rate mechanics Thanks Acura ! More
