From the moment I walked in, it was clear this dealership was different. Along with Melanie, my knowledgeable and fun sales rep, the Sales Manager, Steve, and the GM, Alex, made a point of introducing thems was different. Along with Melanie, my knowledgeable and fun sales rep, the Sales Manager, Steve, and the GM, Alex, made a point of introducing themselves and making sure I felt at home. As a brand new Kia dealership, I didn't expect everything to run so smoothly, but this team has it together. Mission Viejo Kia is close to my home so I was sure glad, when I started looking for our Telluride they popped up on the internet. Especially when I learned they do not mark up the manufactures Suggested Retail Price! Unheard of on these models!!! Melanie went over the vehicle and thoroughly answered all my questions about the new technologies, feature and how to best set the vehicle up for my families needs. The dealership itself was light, bright and open. Very nice facility! I would highly recommend them and could tell other customers were having the same exceptional buying experience as I was.
