After weeks of searching for a small/midsize SUV, my husband and I were considering the Honda CRV Touring, Jeep Cherokee, and Mazda CX-50. We were also intrigued by the KIA Sportage Hybrid, but a bad ex husband and I were considering the Honda CRV Touring, Jeep Cherokee, and Mazda CX-50. We were also intrigued by the KIA Sportage Hybrid, but a bad experience at the Irvine KIA dealership made us hesitant. However, we stumbled upon KIA Mission Viejo (formerly Acura) and were greeted by Samantha. She was friendly, genuine, and showed us a variety of KIA SUVs. Samantha was able to locate the car we were interested in and made the purchasing experience effortless. Let me add to this that there are no ridiculous add-ons (trust me, we experienced the mandatory add-ons from other dealerships throughout our car shopping experience!!) just optional extended warranties and various paint protection and service maintenance programs offered. We highly recommend this dealership and Samantha!! As a result, we are now proud first-time KIA owners and will definitely be coming back here for our KIA service as well. Thank you Samantha! More
