It was the most seamless and satisfying negotiation/transaction I have experienced with purchasing a vehicle. I want to personally thank Bryan, Adam, and Joey who assisted me at the Mission Viejo Acura dealership and made my 100+ mile drive to work on finalizing the deal ever so more worthwhile with their exceptional professionalism, friendliness, politeness, transparency, thoroughness, and efficiency throughout the process. They are true professionals who genuinely cares about their customers and respects their time. I want to also personally thank Michael who spent the time to take pictures/videos of the vehicle so I can view what the car looks like from home.
