I took our TLX to Mission Viejo Acura to see if it needed a new battery after AAA gave me a jump start. Upon arrival Saul remembered me from previous visits and addressed me by name and I was very pleased. A a new battery after AAA gave me a jump start. Upon arrival Saul remembered me from previous visits and addressed me by name and I was very pleased. After reading the battery he said a new one was needed and thought it might still be under warranty. After checking, he found it was under warranty and installed a new one at no charge, plus I got a car washed too. Saul was very professional and it was a pleasure to have him service my car. More
