Good Morning! Thank you for the review on us here at Mitchell Hyundai. We are competitive on our parts, labor, and diagnostics fees that we do charge. However, I do apologize for not being fixed before you left. The tech was confident that the stopper fixed the issue as well as your step-dad. We were wrong unfortunately as sometimes diagnostics are more complex. We did get the vehicle right back in the shop and repaired at no extra charge. Car door needed adjusting/shim added to latch due to the damage in the door jamb. Glad we were able to fix without body shop assistance. Glad we got to ride with your husband this morning. We rode with him for further than 5 miles but we did not feel what he was talking about. We have him on the rental list and should have a vehicle in a couple days to drive while we have your vehicle.
