My only spot for service of Prius Jose was great & helpful, answering all my questions regarding recalls. Recently, i decided to give them another shot & i am glad i did. Service was great, my advisor Rafael provided me with everything i needed. He even texted me becuase i told him i would be busy & might not be available to answer. He gave me the quotes i wanted & told me about my dirty air filter, which i had them replace. Excellent job by my service advisor!!! Very pleased with my service experience, i will keep coming back because of the great service. More

My appointment was for 9 AM I told the service rep I would wait until car was done. At 2 PM I asked if my car was almost done as I had to go back to work. I was told they had not started on it yet and he did not know when they would be able to get started. I asked him to pull my car and left. I waited 5 hours for nothing. The only good thing about the service department is the free coffee. More
