Shane took the time to meet with me on a Saturday, I knew I wanted a Pilot Elite Dark Grey with Black interior, with my husbands work benefits I knew that I had to go to a dealership that had just this in stock and it was not the closest dealership (I'm in the Syracuse area, but have not had the best experiences here with the dealerships), both my mom and sister bought a new Honda from Shane in the past 6 months and had good things to say about him. I walked away on Saturday without a deal, but the next couple days my husband was in contact with him and my new Pilot magically appeared that Tuesday night! My husband had nothing but good things to say about John Barber also! Thanks again! More
