I don't like playing games After waiting about 15 minutes for an available salesperson on a Thursday afternoon, we were asked to provide the key to our leased Honda so that the After waiting about 15 minutes for an available salesperson on a Thursday afternoon, we were asked to provide the key to our leased Honda so that the manager could look up the details on the car. Not sure why this was necessary since the salesman had the VIN off the registration. We wanted to test drive a CR-V and it was almost an hour before we got on the road. We would have given up and left but we didn't know where our keys were. When we got back from the test drive, I asked the salesman to please get my keys for me. When he came back with them, I told him he had 15 minutes left to make a deal since we had already been there for nearly 90 minutes. He came back within 10 minutes with a ridiculous offer so we walked out. The people were friendly enough but it felt like they were intent on wasting our time. This is the third (and last) Honda dealer we've tried. After owning 3 Hondas in the last 9 years, it's time to switch brands. More
