fixing another brand trailer hitch wiring I recently had a trailer hitch and harness put on my CRV from an off market company. I didn't notice for a few days that one of my tail lights was ou I recently had a trailer hitch and harness put on my CRV from an off market company. I didn't notice for a few days that one of my tail lights was out. I brought the car back to the place and asked them about it. They said it was not their end that caused this. I decided to bring the CRV to Mohawk to see if they could figure the problem out. Adam Dion helped fit me in and get to the root of the problem quickly. He, along with the tech, showed me the exact problem and how it was indeed the other company's wiring that was causing the problem. He documented it in detail for me and told me to call if they had any questions. I did bring it back to the other company and they put new wiring and refunded me some of the money I was out due to Adam;s awesome documentation. If he and the tech had not pointed the problem out and how it was affecting my tail light I don't even think the other company would have known what to do. The problem was fixed and proper wiring was installed. The only problem now was that they didn't know how to close up the side wall panels the correct way!! So once again I called Adam! He told me to just shoot in and they would take care of that for me. This was a nightmare for me and Mohawk Honda made me feel like I had someone in my corner thanks to Adam. I am the first to complain about a bad job but I am also the first to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Adam for the extra effort on your end. More

Right amount of space for me, very reliable (per consumer reports/Motortrend etc), and AWD which I needed for my commute situation. Did a lot of reading on sites like this one. Read about a lot of Honda dealers, finally I went old school and asked actual Honda owners. So I went on a personal referral. I chose Mohawk Honda and worked with Linda Vasko. She was very helpful and efficient finding the car I was interested in with the budget I had. Did I get the greatest deal in the world? No, of course not, they are not here to give cars away for free, but I did get a fair deal that I am happy with. The sales staff and the support staff were very good. Did my finance with Honda which worked out to the right loan rate for me. I had a simple and efficient experience with the finance department. No experience with the maintenance department, but I have found in prior experiences they can really make or break a dealer, I am looking forward to seeing how that side of the house works. So, do your homework, read up, set a budget and keep to it, and go see Linda if you want a Honda! More

They have been very patient with this indecisive shopper - which is much appreciated! The facility itself is beautiful, modern, and comfortable! I cannot imagine going anywhere else! I have been bringing my previous Honda to the service department here ever since I bought it over ten years ago. The service department is wonderful for routine maintenance as well as the rare repair needed. I have called with questions on issues with my car, and have always have had my questions answered completely and patiently. After ten years, I feel like I am part of the !ohawk Honda Family! More

When we went we were focused on a new vehicle because we didn't think a used one would be equipped with the newer options we wanted (rear camera, GPS, roomy driver seat). They ask us several questions to understand our needs and wants. They 'talked us into a used car' for less money, but excellent The second car they showed fit our needs perfectly. They have coffee, cookies, water to enjoy while waiting (which wasn't too much). They are a family owned business and have been for a little less or more of 100 years. They really build customer satisfaction. We picked the car up in three days. We love it. More
