I began with the internet web site for this dealership, which was easy to navigate and comprehensive! The support behind what I saw on the internet I was soon to learn when inquiring about the vehicle we were interested in trading for. I was able to get out of the lease early and get into the vehicle they had on their lot that we needed. It was seamless and, financially sound. They delivered the vehicle to our home in Pennsylvania and took the leased vehicle back. We easily completed the paperwork at our kitchen table. The person who delivered the vehicle made this easy!! Feel confident in dealing with Mohawk Honda. Despite the distance, we would buy from them in a heartbeat! Kudos to Internet and sales team, finance, and delivery! Great Job!! More

Turning in my first lease and getting my second Honda. I was turning in my first lease and told my Leasing Consultant, Zackary Esposito, exactly what I wanted on my second Honda Civic Si. On line purchase made things faster at the dealer I didn't want the hassle and pressure of visiting the dealer for a lease quote. I had an on line chat and told Samantha what I wanted to pay, and she I didn't want the hassle and pressure of visiting the dealer for a lease quote. I had an on line chat and told Samantha what I wanted to pay, and she got all the info back to me very fast. I then sent the information regarding the current leases we had. She found the colors I wanted for my wife and I and I put a down payment on them with my debit card. Made an appointment to pick them up on a Saturday ( their busiest day of the week). My wife and I drove the 2014 Civics to the dealer and had to park in the new car spaces because it was so busy. We went to the reception desk and Guenter was there to greet us. He handed us the keys to my wife's car and were swept away by Caleb to show us the personal options on the car. When we got back, Samantha came by to introduce herself, which was very nice. Guenter came back with the other keys and took us the the fiance desk, I signed a lot of papers and paid the rest of the down payment and we were done. They took a picture of me, my wife Guenter and Samantha with the two cars ( Brin and Gracie). We were done in less than an hour. Beat that! More
