Mohawk Honda is fantastic! My daughter was in a rear end accident, thankfully it was not a major accident. Of course we take the car to Mohawk because that's where we service a My daughter was in a rear end accident, thankfully it was not a major accident. Of course we take the car to Mohawk because that's where we service all 3 of our Hondas. The repairs were completed to the bumper however the cd's jammed during the collision so the radio no longer worked. The insurance company was giving us a hard time about repairing this as the car is older, however it worked pre accident so rightfully so it should be repaired. Lisa Valentino was working with the insurance company, they even gave her a hard time. In the end with Lisa's persistence (even from home, while sick) and getting the tech involved to talk to the insurance adjuster so they could understand that the problem was indeed caused by the accident. In the end the insurance company did the right thing however I don't think this would have happened without Lisa. Thank you Lisa!!! As always your team is a great team! hank you, Sherri Wade More
