Called us every 2 weeks or so to give us updates on this Ridgeline i wanted. She was very quick an polite kbowledgeable . She started the whole expierence very very well.We made a decision to go an see, we've been told no before. walked in to look at 2013 Ridgeline. Our rep was awesome knowledgeable an great attitude . Mark Ellis , he knew what was going on, but he had a lot to do . We saw 4 different ppl , not in a bad way. Made sure we were set an taken care of an introduced themselves. Very polite an professional. Got the numbers we went home he gave his his cell phone number an said let me know. BTW he worked with us on his day off . Friday comes around we got the number down to where it was good for us with a huge drop of APR @ 6.84 when we started we were at 23.99 Walked in Saturday had a small down payment of $750.00 an great APR . Joe our finance was great , quick with the pen an talked us through with all our paper work an answered every question we had to ask an knew everything.took some pics an full detail with nice buff job an full tank of gas. Was the best experience I had not only the price but the customer always comes first. These 3 ppl we stated in here need a nice company car or something huge maybe a nice raise or week off with pay with out taking vacation time away from them. A long day of reconciliation I was having trouble with a used car I had bought from Mohawk Honda when I received an email about trading it in. Started Great ,ended not so great. Mark Ellis is undoubtably the best sales rep I have ever worked with. He was pleasant, personable and straight forward with information, a great guy to work with. On Tuesday July 5th I took a test ride and made a decision to lease a new Civic. Wait to get into finance paperwork was entirely too long (over an hour) and in fact did not even happen until our second visit. Total time to this point was about three hours. The car I wanted had to come from another dealership and it would be in on Monday the 11th. That was okay with me. On Tuesday (12) I was told to come in on Thursday (14) between 12:30 -1:00 to close and drive away a happy customer. Then things started to turn. I came (on time) but things were running a little behind. That too was okay ( went to lunch ). Upon return I got a thorough and courteous education from a young man named Steve. This went very well but the key exchange got a little nuts. Next came the finance process starting with an abnormally long wait (again) for a customer (me) who should have been next in line. I waited some more, finished the paperwork and finally left the dealership just before 4pm. Total time this visit 3.5 hours. Upon my departure I was compensated for inconvenience with a lunch reimbursement ( for which I was grateful) I got home and found I did not have temporary Insurance cards so I went back to get them. Okay. I got them and returned home. Wait ... there's more. I get a chance to go over the paperwork and discover the vin# on the NY registration tag and the lease agreement do not match insurance cards or the vehicle tag on the dash. I call Mark and he apologetically agrees to correct the problem ASAP. Later in the afternoon , about 2:45 I arrive at Mohawk Honda to get things straight, I'm cordially greeted by Mark and he relieves me of the wrong paper and sends it through the re-do process. I wait patiently . I have coffee and cookies, nod off, take a walk and wait some more. I catch up to Mark between customers and he is surprised to see I'm still waiting so he does the right thing and tracks down the paperwork and the business mgr. They both apologize but I must admit I'm not very forgiving at this point. A couple of initials and signatures , less than 5 minutes and I'm out. It's now just after 5pm. Total time this visit 2.25 hours. Overall : 9 hours 15 minutes in three visits over a 10 day period. Now here's my question ; xxx took so loooong ? If there are office malfunctions, errors, staffing issues and the like it's not the customer's problem. Please improve your priority skills , customers do not enjoy feeling second class. I kind of felt like the customer standing at a register checking out when the phone behind the counter rings and all of a sudden that becomes the priority for the merchant. You should not forget the person standing in front of you, they were first ! Needless to say I am very disappointed in your company's customer service but I certainly hope it improves when it comes to mechanical maintenance or you will lose my future business. More

Prior to my visit I called and was given useful information by an internet sales consultant. It's the reason I decided to travel a bit farther from home and it was worth the trip. My sales associate on site was also knowledgeable and thorough. I was satisfied with the price offered on the car I wished to buy. The amount I was given on my trade-in was very reasonable. The financing offers were clearly explained and the sales associate and the finance manager were patient as I asked many questions and took time to weigh my options. After purchasing the car, I met with a delivery coordinator who took me through all the features on my new car and gave me her full attention as I asked questions and worked through unfamiliar features. Every step of the process felt positive and productive. I am really grateful to the whole staff for making what is often a stress filled experience so enjoyable. Thanks to everyone. We came an extra 40 min. to your lot and it was worth it. We felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. We came in looking for an EX were given both prices. The EX was a bit of a strech for us so we decided the LX was a better fit at this time. Everyone was supportive and professional toward are choice and the EX was not brought up after that. Even though you had quite a few more of them and they had a hire price tag. I really appreciate not being made to feel like I was obligated to buy the EX. Anyway I will stop rambeling now. My battery died about 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle....I was unloading groceries with the overhead lights on...lights were on less then 5 min When I called to inquire about it they wanted to me to bring down the vehicle (I live an hour and a half north) when I asked if it was covered by warrenty she said it was doubtful and that they'd need to actually see it to test it them selves. When I explained that I didn't want to drive an hour and a half with 2 young children the woman said she would need to call me back...when she did she told me it wasn't covered by anything and pretty much good luck. Also, we've been waiting to hear about the second key that was supposed to come with the pilot...a month later and we're still emailing and playing phone tag....our salesman no longer works for mohawk so now we're back at square one. Even tho their sales pitch is great as soon as you sign you're out the door...just like every other car dealership! More
