Great first leasing experience I personally have never leased a car, or really negotiated a car on my own so I was a bit nervous. Katie made the process so easy. We indicated yes and filled out some more info on our car and Mohawk Honda was a suggested buyer. We brought our car over to them. They confirmed the info that we had provided on line and we sold our car without any hassles. They made it very easy and were great to deal with. More

Finally I didn't go with Mohawk because of their finance guy who had zero knowledge of market and too pushy on selling their disastrous service plans. Bob Taaffe and Neiil Peabody were gentlemen, very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately neither of the two were my direct sales contact. Management was rude and arrogant most of the times. Internet team is ordinary as well and has zero say. They don't care even if you walk away or not satisfied. Overall they were OK in some dept while big disappointment in key dept. More
